各位同学：
大家好！临近暑假，由于公寓要接待短期学习班，房间非常紧张，请同学们提前安排好退房、外出及行李寄存等事项。
同学们的房费已付到2018年6月10日，请您提前确定好退房具体时间并在2018年5月31日之前到前台续交房费（住在天方饭店的同学5月21日起，每天早9点至晚5点在天方饭店大厅办理）。如未按时续费的同学，您必须在2018年6月11日退房。
新松公寓的同学需要您最晚2018年6月20日退房，住在天方饭店的同学需要您最晚2018年6月18日退房，如不能退房的同学请您在续交房费时在前台登记您的准确退房时间，在其它公寓有房间的情况下供您选择后搬入。
最晚退房时间为语言生在2018年6月22日之前退房，学历生在2018年7月13日之前退房。如果语言生在2018年6月8日之前退房、学历生2018年6月29日之前退房时需要提供留学生办公室开具的退房证明，公寓方可为其办理退房手续。留学生办公室周六、周日不上班，请您提前做好计划。
成功预订了下学期房间的同学请您在2018年8月20日开始入住预订的公寓，如提前到达需按短期生房价付费，预订了房间的同学如开学报到两周未到者，公寓不再保留房间，预付房费不退，晚到的同学公寓从报到日期开始计算房费。
假期退房需寄存行李的同学请到下学期预订的公寓前台寄存。贵重物品，易碎物品不可以寄存，包装箱不易过大、过重，请写清自己的姓名，公寓按件收费，每天每件3元。

Dear students:
Hello, everyone! With the summervacation drawing near, the apartment rooms supply is very tight because ofshort-term students, please make plan for check-out, go out and left baggage inadvance
You have paid your room rate to June 10th,2018, please schedule specific check-out time in advance and renew your room atthe reception before May 31th, 2018 (students who are living in Tianfang Hotelplease go to the hall, which opens from May 21th, 9:00am--17:00pm). Studentswho fail to pay room rate on time have to check-out on June 11th, 2018.
The latest check-out date for studentswho are living in Xinsong Apartment is June 20th, 2018, for students who areliving in Tianfang Hotel is June 18th, 2018, if you can't check-out before thatday , please register your exact check-out time at the reception when you renewyour room, if rooms in other apartments are available, you can choose from themand move in.
The latest check-out time for languagestudents is June 22th, 2018, and for degree students is July 13th, 2018. Iflanguage students check-out before June 8th, and degree students check-outbefore June 29th, certificate of check-out need to be provided which is issuedby International Students Office. The International Students Office will be offon Saturdays and Sundays, please plan ahead.
Students who booked rooms for nextsemester successfully can start to check-in on August 20th, 2018. If you arriveearlier, you should pay room rate as short-term students; for students who reservedrooms but delay two weeks later than semester begins, the apartment will notkeep the room for you, and the guaranteed of reservation will not be refunded,the room rate will be charged from the date of arrival.
Student who want to store luggage pleaseleft your luggage at the reception of the apartment that you reserve for thenext semester. Valuable and breakable can't be stored, the packing boxes can'tbe oversize or overweight, please write your name clearly, luggage will becharged on unit, every unit every day is 3yuan.

안녕하세요! 여름방학이 잘 다가왔는데 기숙사는 단기학생을 대접함으로 인해서 숙소 방은 부족할 테니까 학생 여러분께체크아웃、외출、수하물 보관 등 사항을 미리 잘 잡아야 하시기를 바랍니다.
학생 여러분의 숙박비는 2018년6월10일까지 이미 납부하셔고 구체적인 체크아웃 시간을 미리 확인하여 2018년5월31일전까지 카운터에 가서 숙박비를 재납부해야 합니다. (천방호텔에 사시는 분은 5월21일부터 매일 아침9시-저녁5시까지 호텔 로비에 가서 납부하심) 제때에 재납부하지 않은 분이 2018년6월11일에 받드시 체크아웃하셔야 됩니다.
新松公寓에 사시는 학생분은 2018년6월20일까지 천방호텔에 사시는 학생분은2018년6월18일까지 체크아웃 하셔야 되고만약 체크아웃 못 한다면 숙박비를 재납부할 때는 카운터에서 정확한 체크아웃 시간을 등록하십시오. 기숙사쪽은 다른 기숙사 방이여유있을때는 다시 선택할 수 있도록 제공하여 입주시켜 드리겠습니다.
어학생은 2018년6월22일까지, 학력생은2018년7월13까지 반드시체크아웃 하셔야 됩니다. 어학생은 2018년6월8일전, 학력생은 2018년6월29전에 체크아웃 하신다면 유학생사무실에서발급된 체크아웃 증명서를 제시하여야 체크아웃 수속을 해 드릴 수 있습니다.유학생 사무실은 토요일과일요일에 출근하지 않으니까 계획을 미리 잡으세요.
다음 학기 방을 예약 성공된 학생은 2018년8월20일부터 입주가 시작합니다. 그 전에 입주하면 단기입주학생납부표준에 따라 숙박료를 납부하셔야 됩니다. 예약한 학생은 개학한 지 이주안에 도착하지 않는다면 기숙사는 더 이상 방을 남겨두지 않고 예약금도환불하지 않습니다. 늦게 도착하신 분은 등록기일로부터 비용을 계산하기 시작합니다.
방학 체크아웃 하시고 짐을 맡겨 둠이 필요하실 분은 다음학기 예약된 기숙사 카운터에 짐을 맡기세요.귀중품、인화성 물품、폭발성물품 및 깨지기 쉬운 물품들은 보관 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 맡겨 둘 짐은 큰거나 과중하거나 안 되고 튼튼하게 짐을 잘 싸여 본인의 이름을 똑똑히 쓰십시오. 기숙사는 하루에 개당3원씩 비용을 받겠습니다.
