教授让身体柔韧强健、能量充沛、情绪平衡、思想正向的各种技巧,

帮助我们在这个瞬息万变的信息时代拥有身心灵的全面健康,自在如意的生活。


Highlight

This retreat will focus how to find our Dharma and live our life up to our Selves with healthy body, mind and innerand outer relationships through classical yoga teachings. 

The two teachers will take us on the journey of understanding our own nature and applying the classical teachings in the context of daily life.

Beginners are welcome.


课程内容

此次静修课程理论与练习结合。

早晚课将介绍冥想的技巧和唱诵习练。

• 瑜伽课堂中将逐步介绍悉瓦南达瑜伽基本体式、日常呼吸法及放松技巧,强调自我练习的要点,练习中注重专注与放松。

• 课程的讲座部分将涉及以下话题,注重如何将经典瑜伽融入生活,重归平衡自在:

• 生命的意义何在?

• 如何通过瑜伽与阿育吠陀达到全面健康?

• 如何将业力变为使命?

• 如何走出情绪危机,回归到爱?

• 如何通过瑜伽来管理压力?

Details

Theory and practice are both included in this retreat.

The yoga classes will focus on concentration and relaxation in movement, bringing more awareness to what’s happening in the present.

Sivananda yoga basic Asanas and Pranayama, and Relaxation techniques will be introduced gradually. 

Meditation techniques and chanting will bein cluded in the morning and evening Satsang.

The lecture part will covers the following topics, essentially to help us bring yoga into daily life.

• How to understand meanings of life?

• How to turn your Karma into your Dharma?

• How to attain holistic health through yoga and Ayurveda?

• How to transform emotional crisis and return to love?

• How to manage stress through the air of Yoga?

Main teachers

Swami Sitaramananda 

斯瓦米悉达罗摩南达

拥有36年瑜伽与冥想实践经验的她,斯瓦米威斯奴帝瓦南达的亲传大弟子之一,国际悉瓦南达瑜伽吠檀多中心(ISYVC)亚太区负责导师,讲课幽默生动,深入浅出。她于1981年在加拿大遇到自己的上师斯瓦米·威斯奴帝瓦南达,1989年被派往美国负责旧金山中心,从1995年起就担任美国加州的悉瓦南达瑜伽农场静修林的主管,授课足迹遍布全球。她每年都会在美国加州、南印度、中国及越南教授瑜伽导师培训课程。她是位具有天赋的瑜伽与冥想老师,她的授课方式具有普适性,擅长将西方清晰系统的科学化教学方式运用于东方微妙的哲学讲解上。她以简单实用而幽默的方式讲解复杂的瑜伽哲学。她著有多本书籍,其中《正解瑜伽哲理与实践》被翻译成中文及其它多种语言。她的教学主要基于古典瑜伽五要四道,擅长教导正面的思考方法以及如何管理心理和情绪的问题。

Swami Sitaramananda is a senior disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda and Acharya of the Pacific Asia area.  She met Swami Vishnudevananda at the Val Morin Yoga Camp in 1981 and had served in the headquarters ashram in Canada for 6 years before Swamiji sent her to many different centers and Ashrams, notably San Francisco center in 1989 and from1995 as full-time director of Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA.Swami Sitaramananda has taught many international Teachers' Training Courses in California, Vietnam, Taiwan, China and India and is also teaching regularly at Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, Nassau, Bahamas. She is the author of Positive Thinking Manual, a compiler of Essentials of Yoga Practice and Philosophy translated in Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese and Swamiji Said: A Collection of Teachings by Swami Vishnudevananda in His Own Words. She is responsible for the Vietnamese translation of The Completed Illustrated Book of Yoga by Swami Vishnudevananda. A selection of her audio lectures on Yoga Life, articles and webinar presentations are available on Yoga farm website.


Swami Adi Parashaktiananda

斯瓦米•阿迪帕拉夏克提

2009年完成了他的TTC,之后便留下在斯瓦米•悉达的指导下工作。他目前常驻美国加州的悉瓦南达瑜伽农场静修林。自2012年起,他成为国际悉瓦南达瑜伽吠檀多中心瑜伽导师培训(TTC)哈他瑜伽部分的主教老师,在美国、印度、日本、越南及中国等地教授瑜伽。他授课融入古典精髓及现代科学知识,为人亲和幽默,深受学生喜爱。

Swami Adi Parashaktiananda is a dedicated Sadhak and Hatha Yoga practitioner and teacher, graduated from Sivananda Teachers Training Course in 2007 at the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA. He took the first monastic vow from Sivananda lineage in 2011. He has been traveling yearly to Vietnam as Swami Sitaramananda's assistant and has been teaching the Hatha Yoga classes for the Teachers Training Course. He has also been traveling to Chengdu, China to help teach the Teachers Training Course there.  He also teaches a 7-day Hatha Yoga Sadhana course and the 14-day Sivananda Sadhana Intensive course, whose emphasis is on individual practice of pranayama. He took sannyas vows in 2017 and received the name Swami Adi Parasahktiananda.

2011年通过法国的悉瓦南达瑜伽教师培训开始了瑜伽之旅, 并且 2014年在印度完成了500小时培训。她从2014年开始在中国及越南为斯瓦米•悉达罗摩南达老师翻译。在2015年,她参与筹划了悉瓦南达瑜伽吠檀多中心在中国的第一个中心,并负责成都中心的教学和运行。

XIHUA SIVANI started her yoga journey in 2011 in Europe and took her Sivananda Yoga Teachers' Training Course in France and her 500-hour training in 2014 in India. She has been translating for Swami Sitaramananda since 2014 in both Vietnam and China. She is an excellent translator between Chinese and English. She helped to open and has been directing the first ever SYVC center in Chengdu, China since 2015.

一、驾车路线

兴寿位于北京市昌平区,小汤山以北5公里,是北京草莓种植基地(每年3月中到5月初为草莓采摘季,周边房间比较紧张,请提早订房)。经立汤路一直北行,到草莓博览园往右前方进入安四路(S213省道)到兴寿桥,过桥后右转进入怀昌路向东400米,路左侧就是园区大门。

导航仪请设置目的地为:汇航桃园

二、地铁公交路线

兴寿北-公交车站

1. 地铁昌平线南邵站B2出口,乘坐870路到达终点兴寿北站(约25分钟)。再步行400米到达园区大门。
