Padgaonkar带领精英厨师团队焕新推出每周五到周六的凯菲厅海鲜之夜，巨型海鲜喷泉等新款菜品重磅亮相，海鲜喷泉精选阿拉斯加蟹腿、加拿大虾、青口贝、新鲜青蛤等时令海鲜，紧密铺于四层环形冰面上，造型如同喷泉，带来视觉与味觉上的全新体验。除了海鲜作为主角，凯菲厅另新增多款美味，为食客呈现一场从深海到舌尖的国际自助味蕾之旅。

Chef Anish recently joined Grand Hyatt Beijing from the famous Hyatt Regency Qingdao, where he was executive chef. So when it comes to regional Shandong cuisine, he gained great knowledge and experiences to cook Shandong cuisine. Try his homemade Shandong pancake served with braised pork belly or chicken leg. Or customize your experience at the market-style noodle station, where you can accompany your favorite noodles with fresh vegetables and condiments.
