香格里拉酒店集团日前正式任命方文光先生为北京国贸饭店总经理。

方文光先生来自马来西亚，对香格里拉有着浓厚的感情，他的职业生涯开始于马来西亚槟城的香格里拉酒店。曾任职于喜达屋酒店集团和朗庭酒店集团的方文光先生足迹已遍布马来西亚、泰国、中国苏州、厦门，上海和宁波。凭借20余年的酒店管理经验和在中国长达14年的工作经历，让方文光先生对中国文化和酒店市场有了充分的了解。在他的带领下，宁波香格里拉大酒店荣获多个国内外知名奖项。
Mr H'ng, who hails from Malaysia, has a deep affection for the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts family. He started his illustrious career at the Shangri-La Hotel in Penang, Malaysia as a sales executive and was promoted to different positions, including event sales manager, senior sales manager and director of sales and marketing, within nine years with the group in Malaysia, making him a truly professional hotelier.

方文光先生在香格里拉集团11年的时间里，从一名销售代表成长为酒店总经理。自其年少时便受到香格里拉集团创始人郭鹤年先生传奇经历的激励，其“家和万事兴”的理念与香格里拉“我们是一家人”的宣言不谋而合，相得益彰。
He gained hospitality experience in Malaysia, Thailand and China, including Suzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai and Ningbo. With a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the hotel industry and 14 years of experience in China, Mr. H'ng has a deep and broad understanding of Chinese culture and the Chinese hospitality market. Most recently, he led the Shangri-La Hotel, Ningbo team to outstanding achievements in market share ranking, gross operating profit and guest service excellence from 2013 to 2015.
